Re: [FWDLK] any clues?

I think the backfiring is a clue to an ignition problem.

Subject: [FWDLK] any clues?

I drove my 60 matador about a hundred miles today with no problems at all. After I came home for a few hours I needed to leave again and the car would stall at allmost every red light. On the way back it became worse and worse until by the time I got it home it wouldn't run in any gear but neutral. It back fired a couple of times on the way back. Any ideas why it would be doing this? I replaced the plugs, wires, points, condensor, rotor, dist. cap, and coil right after I bought it about a month ago. It's been running perfect up until this evening.
                               Thanks,
