Largest Production Car

The 73 Imperial is 235+" long, however at least six
inches of that length come from the extended impact
absorbing bumpers. So it wins by a technicality.

Compared to fuselage Imperials, the 58-60 Lincolns
seem like larger cars from inside. They are wide
enough to seat 4 across, and have more legroom.
Unlike the Imperials, their bumper don't extend much
beyond the sheetmetal. Thus I suspect the bare bodies
of these Lincolns are larger than the bare bodies of
fuselage Imperials, letting Lincoln retain its
reputation of the largest unitized passenger car ever
built.
