Kerry and John; I have been following with interest this thread about stretching a 61' 4dr Ht into a limousine. The part that interests me is the part about fabricating the trim side spears. I have thought about carving a plug for casting the spears for my car but I wouldn't use maple for this purpose because it's too hard to machine. A more appropriate and easier to carve material would be birch, tulip poplar, or alder if you can get some. If you can figure out how to form stainless steel parts I would like to know about it as well. Best Regards Arran Foster 1954 Imperial Newport Needing a Left Side Taillight Bezel and other trim parts. ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Corey" <jcorey@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <mailing-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2002 3:10 PM Subject: Re: IML: 61 based Limo > OK.
