Hi cec,dont change carb whithout trying this. Hook the acc,pump rod to the hole closest to the pivot,check for god fuelspray from the acc,pump nossles,if not take of airhorn ans see if the checkball or nedle is missing,if spray is ok start engine bring it to operating temp adjust idlemixture(each skrew turned out the same number of turns)then try it out if bog still exists you could polish the step up rods and change the secondery main jets two steps richer. If you experiens difficulty in adjusting idlemixture check for vakumleaks especially the brakebooster.
