Should work. You will need the aluminum spacer plate for the crank flange distance, but both the crank and the torque converter use the same 8-bolt pattern. You need to make sure the bellhousing of the iron T-flite is for the hemi and not the 350/361 "B" engine. Make sure to use a 57-58 starter, as the ring gear tooth count is different from 56 earlier. Trans cooler lines will have to be special fabricated from Bundy brake line of appropriate diameter and fittings.
