Tim - what year chevelle is it? lol..just playing off your email id. Seriously, it sounds like too much pressure going to front brakes. Maybe master cyl piston not releasing completely...(even though you said it was rebuilt) Proportioning valve????wasn't mentioned. You didn't mention what kind of car or engine. I used AAJ on my 59 Plymouth but scavaged a master cyl/ pwr booster and proportioning valve from a 75 Plymouth Duster and it fits perfectly on fire wall with the 9" booster just clearing valve cover.Even the rod fits perfectly.
