Chuck, I agree with everything Hank said. Be sure to follow his advise about running the engine 1500/2000 rpm for 10/15 minutes. The only lube the cam lobes get is oil splash. This will insure the cam lobes and lifter bottoms are lubricated while they "break in" to one another. Failure to do this nearly always results in cam failure. You'll have to be sure the engine is ready to run (point setting, ignition timing, etc) so when it fires, you just stand/sit there and hold the throttle at the advised rpm. Good luck, Herman
