The front disc calipers use more fluid (greater volume) than the original front drum brakes. You might try using a master cylinder with a larger BORE to displace more fluid per degree of travel of the brake pedal. Watch out, though, because now you will also send more fluid volume to the rear brakes, so a tweak of the prop valve might be necessary to keep them from locking up on wet or bumpy road surfaces.
