They should just change the name to Commie-fornia where you don't have any rights. First it was guns now cars. What's next? I'm glad to live in the great state of South Dakota. With all of the farming and railroad business in the state it'll be a long time before we have to do the smog tests. And here as long as a car is 30 years old it can be registered a historical car. SD does the bare minimum to get Fed money. We finally got a seatbelt law but the fine is only $20. I feel bad for all of you F.L.ers out there. Hopefully you can keep the bill from becoming law.
