Yes, The cam and valve springs were different on the dual quad super D500.Dodge called it a high lift cam. I like to use the Mopar performance 260 cam. It is designed for low end torque needed to get those big fins moving. Has a nice smooth idle and 20" of vacuum! I have even used it on a 1960 300F with good results.
