To make nice straight lines, use a ruler and draw the line w/ a marker. Then you're going to need two hammers...a ballpeen hammer and a rubber mallot or a deadblow hammer. Place the rounded side of the ballpeen hammer on the line and strike the flat side w/ the deadblow hammer. that way you wont have to worry about missing. to get the curved sides use a piece of large diameter pipe to roll the sheet metal. It wont need any heating. You can either put the grooves in the factory location or make your own pattern. Just be sure that they make the floorpan ridgid enough. :) Jessica Hendricks
