The ONLY factory 4bbl that has water outlet in the manifold id the 1954 331 engine. Howver, chack yor heads carefully, since a lot of industrial engines had WATER-heated crossovers. You can tell since the crossover opening is thin and very tall compared to the pass car head, and will not mate to the pass car manifold without leaks. Since you state you want to put this on a 392, your best option is to make the port spacer adapt the the two together. You will have water heating the carb, which will affect cold warmup, but should still work. If using on a 331/354, you will need to make a steel shim to do the adaptation, and LOTS of silicone sealant to glue the surfaces together. IF you can find either an old Edmunds or Weiand 4bbl aluminum manifold for this engine, then you could have an experienced welder build up the crossover port and remachine it. Another possibility is to bore the ends of the head and use a large AN/pipe connector, and go to a Powerplay/Hot Heads remote thermostat.
