If any 'production figures' ever existed they were at the offices of those custom coachbuilders... I don't even see any "chassis" breakouts like they used to have up until the early 50's or so,which supports that by the 'Forward Look' era Memphis Coach and others were simply ordering whole cars from dealer fleet sales departments or the Chrysler Corp. zone office. I've always loved the professional cars of this era (the '59 Cadillac Superior ambulance in "Ghostbusters",for one!) but Forward Look professional cars are even rarer and more special than the Caddies. If I ever have to go to the hospital again, I want to go in Dave Lisiecki's '57 DeSoto ambulance!
