318 & 360 use different converters/Magnum 360 is ext. balanced also

Comments

The internally balanced 318 and the externally balanced 360 use different torque converters. The '62-'64 A-727's all use converters for the internally balanced 318-type crankshaft,as the 360 did not appear until 1971. The newer '93-up Magnum 360's are externally balanced as well,and use different add-on weights than the pre-magnum engines on the converters where add-on weights are used (i.e. Mopar Performance converters).
