'58 Hood,Rest is '57

Yes,you have the '58 hood emblem. As you can see, the '57 parts will bolt onto the '58 and vice versa. The lights are '57,the upper grille is same for both years BUT yours has the '57 "Mayflower" emblem ('58 has a 'V' if the car is a V8,no center emblem on L6 cars). Lower grillepan is '57. The bumper can be either year. The bumper wings you refer to were optional for both years, I have seen Plymouths from both years with them and from both years without them,even Furys.
