{Chrysler 300} Axle bearing shims needed for 300F

Howdy everyone in 300-land! Hoping someone can help me source some rear axle wheel bearing shims for my 300F.

When I pulled the brake backing plate I discovered no shims in place at all, and now with new bearings/races, I want to be sure I set the end-play correctly. My car does have the Sure-grip rear-end, so not sure if that changes which shims I'll most likely need?

Also, what's my best option for pounding the races in, since I don't have the tool specified in the service manual?
