I am reasonably certain that switch is for an AC equipped car and will not work. I recall the same issue when I put my 61 Plymouth, no AC together. Turns out the most popular, the non-AC version of the switch is the hardest to find. 

 

I believe the club website has a video on this. I bought one for "market price" from Andy Birnbaum.

Wondering if anyone can confirm if this will replace the climate control switch for a non-ac car. 

Website says it will fit the car (64 300k) but lists as A/C - seems it should as the car has 5 buttons and this has 5 vacuum inputs.
